Interesting read but I'm surprised at what was missed.  Dietary folate has been shown to specifically reduce the risk of prostate cancer when it is obtained through the foods in your diet.  Getting too much folic acid from supplements can increase you risk of prostate cancer.

The other stuff, specifically lycopene MAY be helpful, but doesn't have any actual scientific evidence showing it's going to reduce the chance of cancer.  Taking a multivitamin has been shown to do nothing.

I think the point about low risk prostate cancer's he made is good though, especially if you're older and not younger.

I disagree especially on soy which many believe will increase your risk of testicular cancer.
